Karate Stretching Routine

We’ve had a few requests for this video and a list of stretches. This is Sensei Jimmy’s daily routine for stretching. Be sure to get a light warmup before starting. Hold each stretch about about 20 seconds.

  1. Stand Quads
  2. Bend and touch the toes
  3. Down dogs
  4. Cobra
  5. Tall Kneels
  6. Pidgeons
  7. Frogs
  8. Arm across the body
  9. Arm Behind the head
